Jade Mountain is a specialty coffee shop with a distinctly Taiwanese soul — single-origin pour-overs alongside traditional hot soy milk (dòu jiāng), freshly pressed sugarcane juice, and Taiwanese sandwiches stuffed with pork floss, egg salad, and cucumber.
The aesthetic is warm mid-century Taiwan: rattan chairs, a vintage sandalwood counter, and walls lined with framed retro Taiwan Tourism posters from the 1970s.
