Pearl Garden brews its teas fresh every four hours using loose-leaf Taiwanese oolongs and black teas imported directly from Nantou and Alishan. Their tapioca pearls are made in-house daily — no frozen or pre-made boba here.
The menu includes over 40 tea drinks plus a selection of Taiwanese snacks: scallion pancakes, egg puffs, and pineapple cakes. The Asan High Mountain Milk Tea is a local obsession.
